Micah Ticatch is an associate with Isler Dare Ray Radcliffe & Connolly, P.C. 

Micah litigates cases and advises clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and employment related tort claims such as defamation and duty of loyalty.  Micah also reviews and drafts employment policies and employment agreements such as separation agreements and executive employment agreements.

Prior to joining Isler Dare in 2010, Micah practiced civil litigation for three years in Newport Beach, California with the national firm Irell & Manella LLP.  There Micah specialized in wage and hour class action defense.

Micah resides with his fiancé and daughter in Chantilly, Virginia.
