New Associate

We are pleased to announce that Lucy M. Scott joined the Firm as an Associate in July 2019. Lucy litigates cases and advises clients on a variety of labor and employment matters including those concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.  Prior to joining IslerDare, Lucy clerked for the Honorable Jan L. Brodie of Fairfax County Circuit Court. Lucy graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 2016 and is currently admitted to practice in Virginia.
