Zachary W. Kewer is an Associate at IslerDare PC. Prior to joining the Firm in June 2015, Zach practiced at LeClairRyan.
Zach focuses his practice on the defense of labor and employment claims in the state and federal courts of Virginia. Zach has experience litigating a variety of labor and employment matters including those concerning the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Zach also has experience defending employers in various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and the Virginia Employment Commission.
Zach resides in Richmond, Virginia.
