D. Paul Holdsworth is an Associate at Isler Dare, P.C. Paul’s practice includes all aspects of employment counseling and litigation, including advising and litigating matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as other employment matters arising under state or common law.

Paul graduated with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2015, where he also served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Richmond Law Review and was the recipient of the T.C. Law School Scholarship Award. Prior to joining Isler Dare, Paul clerked with the judges of the 23rd Judicial Circuit of Virginia and practiced with a civil litigation firm in Roanoke, Virginia. Paul is admitted to practice in Virginia.

Paul resides with his wife and two children in Richmond, Virginia.
