Lucy M. Scott is an Associate at IslerDare, P.C.
Lucy’s practice includes all aspects of employment counseling and litigation, including advising employers on compliance with a full range of federal and state employment statutes, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Lucy graduated from George Mason University School of Law, where she served as President of the Trial Advocacy Association and Executive Editor for the Journal of International and Commercial Law. Prior to joining IslerDare, Lucy clerked for the Honorable Jan L. Brodie of Fairfax County Circuit Court, Virginia’s largest trial court.
Lucy resides with her husband and son in Alexandria, Virginia.
