Liza P. Namy is a Labor and Employment Associate with IslerDare, P.C. Liza represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment issues, including those under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other federal, state, and local laws. She advocates for clients in court and before federal and local agencies (e.g., Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace issues. Liza also drafts and reviews employee handbooks, policies, and employment agreements, including restrictive covenant, severance, and settlement agreements.

Liza earned her law degree from American University Washington College of Law, where she served on the Administrative Law Review. Before joining IslerDare, she practiced Litigation and Ethics Law at a federal agency.
