New Partner

IslerDare is pleased to welcome Christine M. Burke as Partner. Christine joins the firm from Lorenger & Carnell, a boutique firm focused on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, where she practiced for ten years.

Christine has two decades of experience in Labor and Employment Law. Her practice includes representing employers in litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration, as well as providing counseling to employers on topics ranging from day-to-day workforce management to complex legal requirements. Christine also has extensive experience in traditional labor law, advising employers facing unionization and representing clients in collective bargaining negotiations and NLRB proceedings.

Christine earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review. Before law school, Christine attended Yale University where she received her B.A. in History.
