Reilly Moore is a Partner at Isler Dare P.C.’s Richmond, Virginia office.
Reilly represents employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters. He specializes in workplace safety and OSHA compliance, including assisting clients with safety policy development, accident and inspection response, and OSHA citation defense and litigation. Reilly has represented clients across industries on fatality and serious injury matters before federal and state-plan OSHA programs, including willful citations and Severe Violator Enforcement Program matters.
Reilly maintains an active traditional labor practice, helping clients respond to union organizing campaigns and maintain positive working relationships with unionized employees. He has on-the-ground experience with high-profile union organizing matters and large bargaining units, including counseling employers from the petition stage through post-election litigation before the NLRB. Reilly regularly assists employers with responding to unfair labor practice charges and with the collective bargaining process.
Reilly enjoys helping clients with day-to-day advice and counseling on more traditional employment law issues, including discrimination and disability accommodation matters, wage-and-hour compliance, and background check issues. He is experienced with state and federal employment litigation and has drafted administrative comments and amicus briefs on multiple employment policy issues, including proposed OSHA rules and Department of Labor regulations on issues like joint employment and independent contractor classification.
Reilly obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Richmond and is a proud “double Spider.” Before joining Isler Dare, he spent 8 years at Hunton in Richmond. He lives in Richmond with his wife and two children.
